What would you change about modern society?

The main thing I would change is manners and cellular habits. People are rude and so disengaged with other people. They are very self centered and community spirit has disappeared. Last year I organized a Jubilee street party and it went well but it was like pulling teeth trying to get people to respond as to whether they were attending. I had hoped that the party would put the community spirit back in my road but after the event people went back to their own lives and it was just like it had never happened.
